Rolling out Keynou Flow across a large organization requires planning. Here are the steps we recommend for a successful enterprise deployment.

• Start with a pilot team: Choose one department or team to pilot Keynou Flow. Set up their boards, templates, and workflows. Gather feedback and refine before expanding to other teams.
• Configure SSO early: Set up SAML-based SSO before onboarding large groups. This ensures everyone logs in through your identity provider and reduces IT support tickets. Test with a few users first.
• Define workspace structure: Plan how workspaces map to your organization. Typically, each department or division gets its own workspace. This keeps boards organized and permissions clean.
• Set permissions policies: Decide who can create boards, invite external members, and manage workspaces. Apply these policies organization-wide from the admin dashboard to maintain control as the organization grows.
