Every Keynou Flow board speaks MCP - the open standard that lets AI agents use real tools. Create a scoped key, paste it into Claude, Codex, or any MCP client, and ask in plain language: "move the redesign card to Done", "create a card for each lead", "summarize what is blocked".
The whole board, as agent tools
The MCP connector turns your board into a live tool set for AI agents. It is not a read-only export or a separate API surface: the agent sees the same columns, cards, details, members, and activity feed you see - and every change it makes goes through the same live-sync pipeline as a human edit, so it appears on open boards instantly.
Twenty-one tools cover the entire GUI surface: creating and renaming columns, adding and editing cards with descriptions, due dates, checklists, assignees, and tags, moving cards between columns (the agent's version of drag and drop, including the done-column auto-complete rule), duplicating and deleting work, posting comments, and reading the activity log.
Access is scoped per board with keys you mint in the Add-ons panel. Choose full access or read-only, see when each key was last used, and pause or rotate it anytime - the agent never gets a user password or access to other boards.

What agents do with a board
- Bulk intake: paste a list of leads, bugs, or ideas and let the agent create a card for each - titled, prioritized, and assigned.
- Daily triage: ask the agent to review what is due, move stale cards, and flag blockers as comments.
- Reporting: a read-only key lets an agent summarize progress, per column or per person, whenever you ask.
- Done rules: cards dropped into a done column are completed automatically - the agent gets the same behavior as a drag.
