Keynou Flow focuses on high-signal notifications. You get notified when someone assigns you a task, mentions you in a comment, or when a deadline you care about is approaching. You do not get bombarded with every minor board change.
You control your notification preferences. Choose email, in-app, or both. Set quiet hours. Mark all as read with one click. Our goal is to keep you in the loop, not pull you out of it.

Notification channels
- In-app notification center: A dedicated bell icon with a dropdown of recent activity. Mark items read individually or all at once.
- Email notifications: Get summaries or instant alerts delivered to your inbox. Each email links directly to the relevant card.
- Real-time badges: The notification icon shows a badge when there is unread activity, so you know when to check.
You can customize which events trigger email and which stay in-app. This lets you protect your inbox while staying responsive to important updates.
